I'm a 34B and got a small. Fits well and lays nicely -- tight enough without being too restricting. I like the hole in the back for ventilation.

It does keep the girls in place, but almost too much so. And personally I don't have that big of a chest, 34C, and it felt really tight across my boobs, while being too loose in the band. I have to put it on the tightest setting, so it's not like I could size up to a large. But your boobs will not move in this, that's for sure. I use it for running and it does the job. But I knocked off a star for the band sizing issue and general discomfort I have while wearing it.

I really like the looks of this bra and it’s cool and comfy for short workouts. However, if you’re intending to run long distances or do long workouts in this beware that the fabric of the adjustable bottom strap really stretches out when it’s wet so it starts to chafe. The mesh portion in the front also started chafing on my longer runs. Will reserve for my shorter workouts sadly.
