Refund policy

We only accept returns/exchanges from purchases made through www.outdoorvoices.com. Product must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with the original tags attached along with proof of purchase. Each return is handled individually and at the discretion of our team, including determining whether an item is unworn and/or unwashed. 

We only allow even exchanges for the same item in a different color or size. If you're returning your gear for a refund, refunds will only be applied to the original form of payment. 

Please note, we charge a $7 return shipping fee that will be deducted from your return when processed. Even exchanges are free.

Any potential fraud or abuse of this policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or returns. 

For orders shipped to Canada, we charge a $25 flat fee that will be deducted from your return when processed. Any duties and taxies paid will not be refunded. Exchanges are not permitted for orders shipped to Canada.
