We're officially #DoingThings in Canada! You heard right -- shipping is now available. Here's the low down on all the details you need to know. As always, we're here to help with any questions you have at hello@outdoorvoices.com

 

Shipping Information:

  • We offer Standard Shipping to Canada at a flat fee of $25
  • Shipments will deliver DDP (delivered duty paid), meaning the customer is not responsible for any payments to the postal service at delivery
  • Orders will ship in 1-4 business days after being placed
  • Shipments will deliver via DHL Parcel International Direct/Canada Post in 3-9 business days

Returns Information

  • If you have an order that didn't quite work out for you, you can initiate a return and generate a UPS return label at returns.outdoorvoices.com
  • All returns will ship UPS directly back to our warehouse
  • A flat return fee of $25 will be deducted when package delivers to our warehouse
  • At this time we can only process returns on orders that have shipped to Canada; exchanges are not permitted
