Buy Online, Pick Up In OV Shops
This Holiday Season we are excited to offer pick up in shops – here are some FAQs:
- What exactly is this?
- In-shop pickup is a new, free service to help you get your item(s) quicker. When you place an order online and have opted for in-shop pickup, we’ll send you an email when your order is ready for pickup with collection details. Alternatively, you can also call any of our shops directly and speak with a shop associate to place an order and then pick it up that way.
- How do I place a curbside / in-shop pick up order online?
- If all of the items in your cart are available at a shop within 50 miles, the shop(s) that have your cart available will appear in checkout as a free Shipping Option for you to select. After your order is placed, you will receive an additional email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
- How do I collect my order?
- After you have received your email stating your order is ready for pickup, swing by our shop and tell one of our team members you have an in-shop pickup order. They will ask for your name and order number. Please note our in-shop COVID safety protocols, found here.
- Can I do curbside pickup instead of in-shop?
- Yes! We are offering curbside pickup at most locations. If you want to do curbside pickup, give us a call to let us know when you’re outside. We’ll bring the order out to you, remaining at a safe distance.
- How long will a shop hold my order for pick up? What happens if I am unable to pick up my order in time OR I do not pick up my order?
- You will have 3 days to collect your order from the day you receive email notification that your order is ready to pick up your order. For orders that are not picked up within 3 days, our team will attempt to call you to notify you. Otherwise, this order will be canceled and refunded to the original method of payment.
